What Covid precautions do you take?

Your comfort and safety are the most important things. We have been vaccinated and will gladly honor your wishes should you prefer that we wear a mask throughout our session. Additionally, we’d be happy to take an over-the-counter antigen test prior to our sessions for an additional fee.

Do you follow a Code of Ethics?

As members of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), we adhere strictly to the NAPO Code of Ethics which emphasizes confidentiality, honesty and integrity.

Our clients can be assured of absolute privacy when working with us.

What’s the process for booking you?

We’ll start with a free phone or Zoom consultation so we can understand your goals. We’ll discuss what you’ve tried and and how we can enhance what you are already doing. (Organization is a learnable skill and you probably already have systems in place. Clutter-Free Serenity will work with you to highlight those skills and move them forward.)

Once you decide to start working on your goals with Clutter-Free Serenity, then an initial session time is secured with a $155 deposit. A 3 hour minimum is required for in-person organizing sessions. You’ll prepare for the appointment by completing an intake form and signing some legal documents.

What payments do you take?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and credit card. Our rate is $155 per hour if paid by credit card and Venmo. We offer a $5 discount ($150 per hour) if paid by cash, check, or Zelle. A 3 hour minimum is required for in-person organizing sessions.

How can I prepare for my session?

Since we love supporting the whole person, we encourage you to take care of all your needs before we start our session. Please take care of your physical body by eating, take care of your spiritual body by meditating and/or take care of your mental health by journaling or speaking to your support network. This will allow us to make the most efficient use of our time together.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do ask that you please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $105. This fee must be paid before future bookings can be made.

How long have you been in business?

Our business started during Covid times in 2020.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured with a general liability policy.
